Ferry terminals on Hatteras and Ocracoke get new traffic cameras to check traffic and wait time. The NCDOT put a cameras at each of the ferry terminals, one on Hatteras Island and one on Ocracoke Island. Two other cameras will show traffic on Highway 12 in two separte areas on Ocracoke to monitor traffic and highway conditions.
