Wednesday at the Outer Banks more loud booms were heard by people on the coast. This happened just a few weeks ago. On Wednesday it happened again. But what is causing the loud booms is still a mystery. The Navy claims it isn’t doing anything close by to cause the loud booms. Navy testing is usually done well off the coast Navy officials say. So what is it? No one really knows!
