Fire overnight on Hatteras Island Avon Office of Outer Beaches Realty
The Avon office for Outer Beaches Realty had a fire overnight. The building had extensive damage to the office. No one was injured in the fire. Several area island fire departments responded to the fire in the early morning hour. Responders have been on the scene most of the day but the fire was contained and extinguished. Outer Beaches Realty has a statement on their website that reports they are in the early stages of resuming business. They refer all to contact the Waves office as needed.
